Founder/Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Jordan Vaughn is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of WeCare Health & Wellness. With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, she is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality, and affordable care that helps her patients look, feel, and live better.
Born and raised in this community, Dr. Vaughn built WeCare Health & Wellness with a mission to give back to the hometown that shaped her. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with a personalized, wellness-focused touch—creating a space where patients feel supported, empowered, and truly cared for.
Her dedication to her patients has earned her the trust of thousands and the honor of being voted Best of Rome (2020) and Best of Polk County (2021–2025). Clients love her warm personality, clinical expertise, and the way she makes every visit feel both comfortable and transformative.

Nurse Practitioner- Rome
Lauren Rader is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in high-acuity healthcare settings, including the operating room and emergency department. Her background in fast-paced, critical environments has shaped her thorough, safety-focused, and patient-centered approach to care.
Lauren is passionate about helping patients feel their best through evidence-based hormone optimization and individualized treatment plans. She values education, clear communication, and building trust with every patient she serves.
Outside of medicine, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs, which keep her grounded and balanced outside of work.

Lead Injector/Senior Laser Practitioner- Rome
Molly is the Lead Injector at WeCare Rome, bringing over 10 years of experience as a cosmetic injector and dermatology nurse. As a Senior Laser Practitioner, she is passionate about combining advanced technique with a natural eye for aesthetics. Molly is dedicated to helping her patients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered, and she is excited to continue expanding the services offered at WeCare Rome.
Outside of work, Molly enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their three boys. Whether she’s on the sidelines of a ballgame or enjoying a family day outdoors, her greatest joy is being a mom.
